Beats the pants off the experience I had recently with a major online spares supplier: kept waiting for 2 weeks (wrong item - cheap alternative, and probably not for my motor - sent, no attachments allowed with enquiries, complete lack of understanding of my messages, and seemingly not prepared to check stocks with product illustrations) and finally refunded. I am not a fan of internet shopping because of bad shopping experiences but TDSpares has restored my faith that there are genuine good companies out there. Excellent service from start to finish. From order to receipt was just 5 days, some 3000 kilometers, and it has now taken 4 days for the fitter to come just 3 kilometers to fit it!
